In New York, we stayed in Jersey City in a gravel RV park and took the subway into Manhattan. On day 1, we went to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. We did the hard hat tour at Ellis Island and got to see the hospital where all the “sick” people stayed. At the Statue of Liberty, we did the audio tour while walking around the island.

Stood where the beds were (Conveniently 6ft apart, got some covid flashbacks)

Me and mom went on a little sidequest to find the Taylor Swift pop-up because when in New York during an album release youve gotta stop by and see it. We were on a time limit to get to the Yankees game and the line was 3 New York blocks long so we only got to see the outside.

We ended day 1 with a Yankees VS Red Sox game, the final game in the wild card series which was iconic!! We got to see true New York sportsmanship, as we exited the game with a Yankees win they shouted F*** You Boston.

Then we got packed into the subway like sardines!!!
